On 3/25/13, at approximately 2348hrs, the Waterloo Police Department and Waterloo Fire Rescue were sent to the 100 Blk. of Quincy St, on a report of a subject that was unresponsive.  Upon arrival, a deceased male, was located in front of 127 Quincy.  The name of the subject is not being released at this time, pending identification and notification of family.  The case is under investigation.
