In the month of October 2013, the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force has seized over 15 pounds of "ICE" methamphetamine with an estimated street value of over $1,000,000.00 .  In the last 3 months the Task Force has seized over 26 pounds of "ICE" methamphetamine with an estimated street value of over  $1,800,000.00.  In these cases , the Task Force has been assisted by the following agencies:  Waterloo Police Department, Cedar Falls Police Department, Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office, FBI, Missouri DEA, Investigators with the Homeland Security Investigation (HSI), Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement (DNE), Iowa State Patrol, Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Black Hawk County Attorney's Office and the US Attorney's Office.  These cases and seizures show the great teamwork and dedication between law enforcement agencies in Iowa and other states.

On October 11th the following suspects were arrested for methamphetamine related charges.

 - Luis Enrique Rivera-Olguin , Hispanic male, DOB: 03/02/90.  Waterloo, Ia.  Possession with Intent to deliver methamphetamine.

 - Kalan Alex Fisk , White male, DOB: 03/02/90. Bloomfield, Ia.  Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

 - Melchor Hernandez-Perez , Hispanic, male DOB: 10/03/84. Waterloo, Ia. Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

 - David Lozano-Alvarado , Hispanic male, DOB: 04/15/43. Pamona, Ca.  Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

- Baltazar Hernandez-Perez , Hispanic male, DOB: 03/10/83. Waterloo, Ia.  Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

 

On October 13th the following were arrested for methamphetamine related charges:

 - Jessika Spindla-Zapote ,  Hispanic female, DOB: 10/03/92 of Morelia Mich, Mexico. Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
- Janeth Delcarmen Camacho , Hispanic female, DOB: 10/12/80 of Las Vegas, Nevada. Possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
