At 0015 hours, Officers of the Waterloo Police Department responded to the El Senor Tequila Night Club at 118 E. 11th in Waterloo for the report of shots fired and a man shot. When Officers arrived, a male victim was found deceased outside the bar. The victim is not being identified at this time pending notifications. Officers are still on the scene at this time and the investigation is still on-going. At this time no other information is being released.
