Waterloo Police are releasing the name of the shooting victim outside El Senior Tequila Night Club in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 23, 2014. The victim was identified as 35 year old Celio Posada of Minneapolis Minnesota. The name was not previously released pending notification of family. The investigation is on-going.
