Waterloo Police are issuing an Operation Locate Alert on 16-year-old Gebryia Hayes.  Gebryia is a 16-year-old Black Female 5' tall who attends West High School.  She was last known to have left West High School today, September 5th, 2014, at 2:30pm.  Gebryia was wearing her school uniform and possibly wearing a black or dark grey Columbia fleece jacket.  If you have any information on Gebryia, please contact the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-2515.
