Waterloo Police have arrested three people in connection to the robbery of an employee of the Byron Super Market located at 306 Byron Avenue in Waterloo. Shortly after 10 PM Thursday night, October 16, 2014 Waterloo Police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Byron Super Market. An employee was stopped outside the business by a suspect who displayed a handgun and demanded the night deposit and other items. During the investigation information was developed and two search warrants were executed. As a result of the investigation 20 year old Jessie Mathews, 24 year old Jutaveus Collett and 39 year old Jimmy Robinson were taken into custody and booked into the Black Hawk County jail on charges of Robbery 2nd degree. The investigation is still ongoing and no further information or photos are being released at this time.
