On Monday November 10, 2014, at approximately 23:51 hrs, Waterloo Police responded to a call of shots fired in the 700 blk of Dawson Street. One shooting victim was located and was transported by Waterloo Fire and Rescue to Allen Hospital for nonlife threating injuries. Investigation is ongoing
