On November 25, 2014 at approximately 17:41 hours the Waterloo Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing at 1826 W. 3rd St.  Officers responded to this location and found that a male had been stabbed.  The male was transported to an area hospital by Waterloo Fire and Rescue.

A short time later it was learned that the male had died due to his injuries.

At this time the victim's name will not be released pending notification of family members.

This case is currently under investigation.

No further information will be released at this time.
