Operation Locate Alert:

An Operation Locate Alert has been issued for a Charles "C.J." Schuman, Age 8.  He is a white male, approximately 3'02" with a thin to medium build, blonde hair, and blue eyes.  He was last seen in the area of 3909 Cedar Knoll Cirlce in Waterloo on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at about 11:50 hours.  Schuman was wearing a gray and orange coat with a hood, gray t-shirt, and black pants when he left.  If you have seen or have any information on the whereabouts of Schuman, please contact Black Hawk Consolidated Dispatch at 319-291-2515.  Below is a photograph of Schuman.  He is the male standing on the rock between the two other subjects and is closest to the camera.
