The victim of the shooting that ocurred at the Porsches Theater of Arts, 1850 W. Airline Hwy, has been identified as 27 year old Justin Montravious Dollen of Waterloo, IA. Johnson County Medical Examiners office confirmed that the U of I Hospital pronounced the victim deceased after being transported to their facility. The incident ocurred outside of the business in the parking lot at approximately 0330hrs.
The investigation is ongoing.
