Hair: Black, to his shoulders and the tips are dyed Red.
Eyes: Brown

Moe Sed was last seen around 1130 hours yesterday (1/22/15) morning in the 1300 block of W. 4^th St. He was last seen wearing his school uniform of black pants and a blue shirt. He may be riding a bicycle that has a blue rear rim and an orange front rim.

He left without his medicine and needs it.
