Members of the Waterloo Police Department will be participating in No-Shave November to raise money for the American Cancer Society, as well as to support cancer prevention, research, and education. Members will be allowed to grow a beard, goatee, or extended moustache for the month of November. To do so they will have to donate a minimum of $50 to the American Cancer Society. It will be required that any facial hair grown must be neatly trimmed and meet specifically set standards. These efforts are being coordinated by Sgt. Kye Richter.
