The Waterloo Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating a missing Waterloo man.  Rashon Shamaras Montgomery was last seen on Friday, 2-26-16 at 6:00pm when he left work at the Isle of Capri Casino.  Rashon is a black male, 22 years of age, 5-6,167, sandy brown hair, hazel eyes, and has a beard.  He has dimished mental capacities and autism.  He was last seen wearing a red coat, dark pants and was carrying a back pack.  Rashon does not have a vehicle.  If you have seen Rashon Montgomery or may know where he is please contact the Waterloo Police Department, via Black Hawk County Consolidated Dispatch at 319-291-2515.
