On Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 5:51 PM, Officers responded to Allen Hospital reference multiple gunshot victims who had arrived there.  Otavious Brown, Dewon Campbell, and Aundrey Roberts had all suffered gunshot wounds in the 800 blk of Logan Ave.  Otavious Brown died as a result of his injuries. 

On Friday, September 2, 2016, arrest warrants were obtained for the following subjects on the charges of Murder 1st Degree, Attempted Murder, and Intimidation with a Weapon:

Jacques Dominique Williamson  25 years of age

Armand Isavia Anthony Rollins  17 years of age 

Shavondes Shavez Martin  20 years of age

Doncorrion Deangelo Spates  15 years of age

All four subjects were apprehended on this date and transported to the Black Hawk County Jail.  The investigation continues.
