On October 18th, 2016 around 1742 hours, Officers were called to the 600 block of W. 11th Street, Waterloo on the report of a seven-year-old male being struck by a truck. The seven-year-old male was taken to Covenant Medical Center then flown to Iowa City Hospitals with life-threatening injuries. Case is under investigation.
