****UPDATE**** The child has been identified and his parents located.

 

 

The Waterloo Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a found child and locating the child's parents. The male child was located at about 5:18 PM in the 1000 Blk of Kaplan Dr in Waterloo. He appears to between 3 and 4 yours old, has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was carrying a brown blanket at the time he was found. If  you know this child or his parents please call the Waterloo Police at 319-291-4340 ext 2 or 319-291-2515.
