On Saturday, June 3, 2017 at approximately 02:46 hrs Officers were dispatched to 717 Hope Ave on a report of a shooting.  On arrival it was found that a female had been shot.  The victim was transported to Allen ER, however she died a short time later.

The victim has been identified as being Mikaela Bond, age 22.

The investigation into this incident continues.
