The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile, Ashton M Harkrider. Ashton Harkrider is a 14-year-old white male, 5’04, 210 lbs with brown hair, brown eyes, wears glasses and has freckles on his face. He was last seen today, September 8th, around 2:35 pm at Expo Alternative School. Ashton was last seen wearing a black zip-up jacket with a blue cross on the left front, blue polo shirt, tan khaki pants, and green/black DC tennis shoes.
