The Waterloo Police Department and the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office are asking all citizens to stay off of Highway 20 east and west bound between highway 218 and Raymond Road. This portion of the highway is currently closed due to numerous accidents and travel is not advised. Please slow down and be prepared to detour if you are traveling in this area.
