The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public assistance in locating missing juvenile, Chelsea Kitiam. Chelsea is a 12-year-old Pacific Island female, 5'00, 100 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen today (August 5th) around 3:00 pm at 234 S. Hackett wearing a gray/blue/yellow jacket and a black/brown dress. She left this area in an unknown direction.
