On Monday, November 5, 2018 at approximately 9:36 AM Waterloo Police were dispatched to a report of a possible burglary in progress at 1176 Cornwall Ave, in Waterloo.   As officers arrived in the area the suspects fled on foot.   Several officers began to check the area and were able to locate and arrest two of the suspects after short foot pursuits.   Two remaining suspects were observed getting into a vehicle.    As officers followed the vehicle the two suspects exited the vehicle and fled on foot.   Officers searched the neighborhood and one of the suspects was located and arrested.    The forth subject escaped capture.   

Arrested and charged were the following:

Deshawn L. Jackson, age 19, charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, and Interference with Official Acts, for resisting arrest.

Rashawn L. Jackson, age 24, charged with 3rd Degree Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Interference with Official Acts.

Marcus A. Bell age 19, charged 3rd Degree Burglary and Interference with Official Acts.

A criminal charge is an accusation.   A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty
