On Sunday, March 10, 2019, at approximately 0818 hrs, Officers were dispatched to the area of Courtland St and Vinton St.  This was reference an unresponsive male lying facedown on the sidewalk in this area.  Officers responded to the area and located Tayshaun Jenkins, age 16, deceased.  At this time no further information is being released pending an autopsy and the investigation is ongoing.
