On Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 7:12 AM Waterloo Police Officers responded to a male acting suspicious in the 1000 block of Langely Road.   It was reported to police that this male was acting suspicious in the area and his actions made the reporting party feel concerned for the safety of her children.   Officers responded and checked the area, utilizing a drone, police K9 and foot patrols but were unable to locate the male.   There was no physical contact between the male and any party and no criminal activity identified involving this male.   With the publics assistance, officers were able to locate the male at 9:45 a few blocks from the incident.    After identifying and speaking with him there are no criminal charges at this time.
