The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a Waterloo resident. Sharla Kay Davis was last seen on Saturday June 15th in downtown Waterloo and was last heard from via social media on Sunday June 16th. Sharla Kay Davis is a 54 year old white female, 5-2, 165 lbs, with black hair and hazel eyes. If you have any information as the whereabouts of Davis please contact the Black Hawk County Consolidated Dispatch Center at 319-291-2515.
