UPDATED---Andrew Collins has been located.

 

The Waterloo Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Andrew J. Collins.  Andrew is a 13 year old black male, 5’-10” tall and 130 lbs.   He was last seen wearing blue shirt and gray pants near the intersection of W. 4^th and Wellington on Sunday, August 4^th, 2019 at 5 PM.
