The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the publics assistance in locating Chandor Gardner of Waterloo.  Chandor is a black male, age 45, 5/9” tall and approximately 250lbs.   Chandor was last see n on Tuesday, October 8^th, 2019 at approximately 5:48 AM in the Cedar River between 11^th and 18^th Streets.   If you have any information regarding his location please contact the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291 -2515.
