At 1755 hours on November 23rd Officers were called to the alley behind 265 Madison on a report of shots fired.  Officers arrived on scene and found two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds.  Both victims were transported to Allen Hospital by Waterloo Fire.  One of the victims died as a result of his inuries, the other victim remains in the care of the hospital.  

This case remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the Waterloo Police Department or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
