Please find the attached Uniform Crime Report for 2019.  Water loo has continued to show a decrease in both Group A and Group B Offenses, with a slight increase in Other Offenses.   Reductions in the crime rate are a city wide accomplishment.  We would like to thank all of you who assisted us in our efforts.  This includes our Federal, State and Local law enforcement partners, other City Departments and employees, Community Service Agencies, the Waterloo Faith Community, Waterloo advocate agencies and many others.   Our plan is to continue to expand and build partnerships to further reduce the crime rate in 2020.
