Matthew Dee Buford III was located in Peoria, Illinois and arrested on his warrants for 2 counts of Murder 1st degree. The arrest happened just before midnight on 02/12/2020.  He is currently held in their county jail on a $1,000,000.00 bond.  The Waterloo Police would like to thank the public for their assistance with the search for Buford. The case remains under investigation and further information will be made available in the near future.
