On Monday, April 13, 2020 Waterloo Police charged Kevin Josue Cruz Solive ras age 29 with Second Degree Arson in connection with the fire at the Wishbone Restaurant, 201 W. 18^th Street, Waterloo.    Cruz Soliveras was in the custody of the Black Hawk Jail for an attempted armored car robbery from March 11, 2020.

A Criminal Charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty
