Updated with Victim Name

On Friday, May 15, 2020 Officers were called to Unity Point Hospital located at 208 W. Dale Street on a report of a shooting victim. Officers learned this male had arrived by private vehicle. The male died a short time later. The Waterloo Police are investigating this incident and an autopsy at the State Medical Examiner’s Office will be conducted. The victim was identifeid as Terrell B. Flowers age 31 of Waterloo.

This incident remains under investigation.
