Waterloo Police and Fire were called to 114 Edwards at 0450hrs. on 06/21/2020 for a report of a shooting. Officers found that a 27 year old female had been shot. She was taken to All en Hospital by ambulance. The victim is listed in serious but stable condition. No further information is available to be released at this time.
