Mike Jensen has been located by a citizen, in a spillway near San Marnan and Hammond Ave. He was transported by Waterloo Fire to the hospital for treatment.

Operation Locate/Missing Person
Waterloo Police are seeking the public's help in locating Michael Jensen. Jenson is a 46 year old white male, 5-10, 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, plaid button up shirt, black helmet, black framed glasses, and may be barefoot.
Jenson walked away from Ravenwood Health Care at 11:20 PM on July 6, 2020. If you have any information regarding Jensen, please contact the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-2515.
Since July 6th, 2020 numurous public safety agencies and volunteers have been involved in coordinated and volunteer efforts to locate Mr. Jensen. K9 teams, drones and air search methods have all been utilied. On July 8th, a large group of public safety and volunteers along with Iowa Task Force 1 members conducted a intensive search in the neighborhoods surrounding Ravenwood Health Care.
Upon completing that search the teams were moved to the area of Janesville in response to potential citiings in that area. Teams conducted a coordinated search in and around Waverly Road, south of Janesville to Edison Street.
Today, July 9th, we are continuing our search effort both along Waverly Road and in the Waterloo Metro Area. We are asking volunteers to report to the Riveria Roost, 307 E. Maple Street Janesville, at 10 AM. Volunteers will be deployed to selected search areas by public safety.
We ask that the public continue to check outbuildings and areas around their personal property for Mr. Jensen. Please report any potential citings of him immediately to law enforcement.
