The Waterloo Police Department is see king the public's assistence in locating Nolan Scott Graham, a white male, 28 years of age.  Graham was last seen leaving work at Wal-Mart in Waterloo, on Wednesday morning, July 8th, 2020, at approximately 0730 hrs.  Graham is believed to be in his silver Chevrolet Cruz, Iowa license GQW441.  Graham is also believed to have last been in the Winneshiek and Fayette County area, during the evening hours of Friday July 10th, 2020.
