On Sunday August 9^th at about 0200 hours Officers were dispatched to the area of Broadway and Burton on a report of a motor vehicle accident. Officers found that a vehicle driven by 26 year old Cameron Stilwell was traveling eastbound on Broadway. Her vehicle struck a female riding a bicycle. The female on the bicycle was identified as 18 year old Nicole Kulaszewski. Kulaszewski was transported to Allen Hospital and later flown to the University Of Iowa Hospital. Kulaszewski died a few hours later at U of I Hospital.  The accident is still under investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
