Operation Locate Juana Rubio

The Waterloo Police Department is seeking the publics help in locating Juana Rubio. Rubio was last seen outside of her residence of 1120 Riehl St, Waterloo Iowa at about 2230 hrs on 10/02/2021.  She was last seen wearing a traditional Mexican dress called a Naguas (dress is pictured below).

Rubio is a hispanic female, 5'03", 160 lbs, brown eyes, black hair.
