The Waterloo Police Department is asking for help in locating Paul Dunn, age 13, a white male, 5'6", and weighing 120#, shaggy blonde hair and brown eyes.  Dunn was last seen wearing a black fleece jacket, gray pants, and black and white Nike shoes.  He was last seen the area of Park Lane and Brockway in Waterloo, on foot, at about 5:15 PM.  If anyone has information regarding Dunn please contact the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-2515.
