The Waterloo Police Department is requesting the public's assistence in locating Angel Orvis, a white female, 5'2" 150#,  and seventeen (17) years old.  She was last seen wearing light blue jeans, knee high black boots, purple hoodie with a cat on it, maroon coat with fur around the hood, a white scrunchie in her hair. She was last seen with yesterday January 4th, 2022, at 5 PM in Waterloo.  She was with Levi Drager, from Bennett, Iowa, in a 2005 dark Blue, Pontiac G6.  Unknown direction of travel. As of this time there is no indication that Angel Orvis is in any kind of danger. If you have information regarding Orvis please call the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-2515.
