On Wednesday, 1/19/22 at approximately 9:20 AM Waterloo Police arrested Simone S. Hughes age 47 of Milwaukee, Wi at 128 E. Parker Ave, in Waterloo.   Hughes had multiple warrants issued out of Wisconsin including 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, and various weapons offenses.    Hughes ran from officers and attempted to avoid apprehension by securing himself in a vehicle.   Waterloo Police were able to take Hughes into custody, without serious injury.
