Waterloo Police are asking for your help in locating a missing juvenile. Josie Marie Dean, 11, was last seen in the 5900 block of Aster Ln Waterloo, IA 50701 at about 3:15 PM. Josie Dean is a white female 5'4 120lbs and was last seen wearing a Hoover t-shirt and green joggers.
