On Saturday August 27th 2022  at approximately 12:07 P.M.  Waterloo Police responded to a report of a shooting that had occurred at 226 Palmer Apt D.  Officers arrived and located  a male subject with a single gunshot wound.  He was transported to a local hospital and later died.  Waterloo Police are actively working the case and are  speaking with a possible person of interest.
