On April 19, 2023, at approximately 6:10 PM Waterloo Patrol Officers responded to a single car roll over at the intersection of Hoff and Shaulis Road. Officers arrived and found single occupant/ driver had been ejected. Officers on scene provided lifesaving measures, until Waterloo Fire Personnel arrived and took over. The drive has been transported by Waterloo Fire Rescue to MercyOne. Shortly after arriving, the driver was declared deceased. The driver has been identified as 49-year-old Kelly Good of Eldora Iowa.
