On Monday, January 15, 2024, at approximately 4:50 AM, Waterloo Patrol Officers and Waterloo Fire Personnel were dispatched to 208 Eighmey for a report of a subject who had been found shot inside this residence.  Officers arrived and located a male victim inside the residence deceased.  The male has been identified as 19 yrs. old Joseph Quail of Waterloo.
