On Wednesday, January 6, 2010 shortly after 12 am, Waterloo Police officers responded to an alarm at the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant at 1315 East San Marnan Drive.
When officers arrived on the scene they stopped a vehicle, which was leaving the parking lot. Three persons occupied the vehicle and officers noticed several frozen food items in plain view lying on the back seat of the car.
Officers found that an outdoor freezer had been entered and that the persons in the car were the ones who took the frozen food items. The following persons were arrested in connection with this incident:
Damion Joseph Miller, 22-years-old, of Waterloo, charged with burglary third degree. Miller was a former employee at the restaurant.
Isaac Deney Scarborough III, 22-years-old, of Waterloo, charged with burglary third degree.
Martez Deshone Wilder, 20-years-old, of Waterloo, charged with burglary third degree, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver: marijuana, and furnishing a controlled substance to inmates or detention facility. A quantity of suspected marijuana was found concealed in one of Wilder's shoes when he was booked into the Black Hawk County Jail.
Miller, Scarborough and Wilder are being held in the Black Hawk County Jail. Their pictures are below.
