On Wednesday March 30, 2011 Officers with the Waterloo Police Department's Violent Crimes Apprehension Team (VCAT) made contact at 301 Anthony St. in regard to arrest warrants for Robert Owen Hughes III, date of birth 7-13-60.  Hughes is listed on the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office Most Wanted.  VCAT Officers received information Hughes was possibly at the address.  During the investigation Hughes was located at the residence and he was taken into custody on multiple parole violation warrants.  Hughes was also found in possession of crack cocaine and he was booked in on an additional felony drug possession charge.
