On Monday July 11th at about 10:43 P.M. Officers of the Waterloo Police Department attempted to stop a vehicle near W. Park and Jefferson for a traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle refused to stop for officers and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The driver of the vehicle later identified as Cash Burch DOB: 04/19/83 lost control of the vehicle near 27th St in Cedar Falls, and was placed in custody after a short foot chase.  Burch was found to have a valid warrant to serve 15 years in prison and is charged with eluding police and numerous other traffic violations.
