On Saturday, November 26, 2011 at approximately 1:00 PM, Waterloo Police and Waterloo Fire Rescue were dispatched to 249 Parkview Boulevard on report of a four-month-old female not breathing.
The infant was transported to Covenant Medical Center where she later died. There are no signs of injury to the infant.
On Sunday, an autopsy was performed. The exact cause of death has not been released pending the Medical Examiner's report.
