On Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at approximately 11:55 PM, Waterloo Police stopped a 2006 Pontiac Gran Prix at E. Mullan Avenue and Franklin Street for a traffic violation.

During the traffic stop, officers searched the vehicle and located a .22 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun. The driver, Jerico Lamar Williams, age 29, of 623 Lincoln Street, Waterloo was arrested for Carrying Weapons.
