On Wednesday about 4:00 pm, Waterloo Police responded to a report of a man in a vehicle at Poplar and Whittier Ave. The report indicated the vehicle was running and had not moved for a couple of hours. Responding officers located the vehicle and found the lone occupant was deceased. No information is being released on the deceased pending notification of family. An investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of death and no further details are being released at this time.
