Police Seek Public's Assistance Identifying Woman

Waterloo Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown female who collapsed while jogging Sunday afternoon.

 

At approximately 3:30PM, Waterloo Police and Fire Department personnel were sent to the 2200 block of Ansborough Ave on a report that a female jogger had collapsed and was in need of medical attention. The victim has since been transported to a local hospital for treatment, but her identity remains unknown at this time.

 

The victim is described as White, aged approximately 20-30 years. She is about 5’-5’2” tall and 110-120 pounds. She has Brown hair worn in a ponytail and Green eyes. The victim has a tattoo of a blue flower on the outside of her right ankle and a large possible surgical scar on the inside of her right knee. At the time of the incident she was wearing black nylon Adidas brand running pants with bright green stripes on the sides, a dark gray sweatshirt, Nike brand running shoes, a black headband and purple gloves. She wore no wedding ring or other jewelry.
